Both are optional integers. Episodes are matched by <itunes:episode> tag or "Ep. N" in the title.
Most podcasts accept multiple slugs. For example, ?feed=ramdass, ?feed=hereandnow, and ?feed=ram-dass-here-and-now all return the same feed. The hyphenated name is the canonical form.
